We have something for all experience, from novice courses to refresher training for more experienced rider pallet truck operators. HL Training’s rider-operated pallet truck courses can be delivered in our Bristol training facility or at worksites nationwide. We also offer pedestrian operated pallet truck training within our full range of forklift operator training.

All of our rider pallet truck courses are assessed over three core elements; theoretical tests, practical tests, and a pre-use check. You must pass all three elements to pass the course successfully.
All our courses are accredited by one of three accrediting bodies; RTITB, ITSSAR, and AITT. On passing a course, you will receive a certificate. ITSSAR and AITT courses also include an ID card in the quoted price. ID cards are also available for RTITB courses at an additional cost.
No. The ID cards available on completion of an accredited course are often mistaken for forklift licenses. However, there are no forklift licenses. The certificate of basic training received upon completing your course is the legal document for operating a forklift.
