Forklift Instructors (Sub Contractor) Required – Nationwide (ongoing)

With constant growth we need a strong catalogue of instructors who are keen to deliver an excellent service to our customers. If you are either an existing instructor and would like to be considered for contract work, or are an experienced forklift operator interested in becoming a qualified ITSSAR, AITT or RTITB instructor, then this opportunity is ideal for you.

Candidates should be mature, reliable and have relevant experience within the industry. In addition, candidates should have;

• An existing Instructors badge under one of the 4 ABA Members
(conversion to ITSSAR, AITT or RTITB may be required)

OR

• Proven experience and certification in forklift operations with the desire to undertake an instructors course to gain relevant qualifications

AND

• Work with other friendly professionals
• Willingness to travel to undertake training at customers locations
• The ability to instruct and inspire delegates.

The position is for contractors on a flexible basis allowing you to work as many days as you wish. Relevant certificates, documents and insurance must be supplied to HL Training Services.

Training Administrator (July 2021)

HL Training Services are looking for a training administrator to work within our team to assist with training requirements. Working as part of a small team you will provide a complete solution for every customer using Administrate, our Training Management Platform, which is used for all customer communications including quotes, bookings, and production of certification for training.

Basic Understanding of job roles.

The role includes, but is not limited to;

Answering calls from our large customer base

Administrate:  Entering applicant’s details and training outcomes, logging, sending and following up on quotations for training onto our Training Management Platform

Registration:  Registering candidate’s details with various accrediting bodies registrations schemes as part of the process for providing accredited training.

Certificate production:   Producing certificates and accompanying ID cards from Administrate.

Posting relevant documents: Certificates and ID Cards to companies/individuals and relevant course paperwork to instructors where required.

Card payments:  Taking card payments from clients.

Email:  Emailing course confirmation to clients and trainees from Administrate, along with course joining instructions.

Other admin duties to include generating certificates, liaising with instructors regarding course paperwork and more.

Establishing an understanding of our customers’ requirements and the courses we offer (including upselling where appropriate) and developing a strong relationship with our customer base

Requirements

  • Work experience within admin roles (highly recommended, but not essential)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Familiarity with CRM packages along with ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • GCSE English minimum grade 4 (old grade C) or equivalent
  • GCSE Maths minimum grade 4 (old grade C) or equivalent

Relevant job specific training given.

Applicant must be able work well within a small team and adapt to the challenges that arise on a day-to-day basis.

Company Benefits include 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) & company pension scheme, opportunities for progression within the job role depending on skillset of applicant.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (with 30 minutes for lunch)

Salary: £18,876.00 pro rata (based on 37.5 hours per week)

Location: Barton Hill, BS5 9RD

Parking: Onsite staff parking available
